A list to progress

Today’s post will be a short and an experimental one.

Make a list of all the things you’ve put off and you would like to do in your life.

It could be things that you’ve planned or started doing over a decade ago.

 

The goal is to eventually do them, but like anything a seed needs to be planted, and that seed is a list.

Just make a list. You decide how long it is going to be.and really pick the things that will genuinely* make you feel good and move you in the direction to where you want to be in your life.

Even if your list consists of one or two things, thats fine. 

A quick list of mine:

1. Learn to ride a skateboard

2.Move to a location where the climate is not as cold as it is where I am right now.

 

 

Take a deep de-hypnotizing* breath. maybe 2.

Put the list away and look at it tomorrow.
