Hypnosis

Ready for a hypnosis session? Not sure what hypnosis is?

Lets begin.

Get comfortable on your chair. Plant your feet on the floor and relax your back onto the back of your chair.

Preparing yourself for hypnosis

1. Feeling your body- start feeling your physical body from head to toe, starting with your head down to your neck, arms, chest and back, abdomen, groin, legs and feet.

This should take anywhere from 30 seconds to 15 minutes or as long as you would like it too (that is an adventure all on it’s own)

For the purpose of this exercise start with 15 seconds. Do a 15 second feeling of your body.

2. Feeling your emotions.Doing the same thing you did with step one feel the emotional energies from your head to your feet.

For the purpose of this exercise 15 seconds is enough.

Now

Visualize you’re in front of a staircase with 20 steps going down.

I visualize darkness and only the stairs being visible to my eyes.

20 19 18 17 youre going down the steps 16 15 14 13 12 11 deeper and deeper 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Deep sleep.

You’re in a deep hypnosis state, when you’re in it you might think ” this is bull shit” or this is nothing” stay in this state for 1-5 minutes before you pass any judgement on it.

Now when you’re in this state its your playground, you can do and explore anything that you want, one thing I recommend is being patient, and not getting discouraged. To exit this state

Think or state “1,2,3,4,5 wide awake”.
