Feeling buzzed and excited.
A new world, a new future is ahead of me.
I have been doing a lot of work in the past few weeks and the payoffs are starting to roll in.
My only fear is that I self sabotage, and I’m taking special precautions to make sure that doesn’t happen.
I have set up “safety nets” in case destructive behaviour emerges:
Step 1 :stop what you are doing
-go for a walk
-engage in creative expression: charcoal drawing, pencil drawing, painting
-spend time in the garden
– make myself a cocktail consisting of lots of ice, water, carbonated water, and a bit of juice
-do something for somebody else*
Until you’ve calmed down.
Doing things for other people is something I should focus on right now, on my own terms of course.
